The hotel was lovely and had some great features like daily cleaning and a delicious breakfast, but the rooms on lower floors had small windows limiting daylight. The location was perfect for exploring main attractions and getting to the Tower easily, along with excellent tram access. The dining experience was delightful with hot plates and quality ingredients. However, the facilities were a bit lacking compared to other aspects of the stay.

Despite the unfortunate area of disrepair around it, the hotel is amazingly equipped with all the essentials and even thoughtful touches like make-up removal face wipes. However, the presence of many undesirable individuals nearby can be off-putting.
